I\'m a project manager and operations strategist who specializes in making complex, ambiguous problems solvable. At Aircall, that\'s meant migrating platforms, deploying new technology, and designing operational frameworks that actually hold up. I care about root causes, clean documentation, and work that sticks. Trained as a sociologist, I\'ve never stopped thinking about the human systems underneath the operational ones - which is what draws me to harm reduction work outside of the M-F office.

   I lead operations transformation projects within Aircall\'s Support Operations & Strategy function, owning projects end-to-end from initial discovery and stakeholder alignment through technical build, KPI tracking, and risk communication. I design and build the operational infrastructure that keeps support running at scale - workflows, system migrations, reporting frameworks, and the knowledge architecture that underpins our AI systems. I work closely with Engineering, Product, and senior stakeholders to take messy, ambiguous operational problems and turn them into clear, executable plans.
