About Madeleine Mad Bartlett

As a Junior Key Account Manager at Plant-A Insights Group, I work with companies across the nation to highlight their achievements through distinguished workplace and industry rankings published by top global media brands. Prior to joining Plant-A, I graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During my time, I focused on working with and studying clinical populations to gain a thorough understanding of ADHD and Autism. In 2023, I interned at The New England Center for Children where I assisted a cohort of 5 Autistic boys in academic lessons and activities of daily living to foster independence. I spent the summer of 2024 interning at Camp Starfish, where I taught life skills to a group of 14 neurodivergent teenagers, as well as implemented proper behavior management skills to assist over 100 campers with disabilities. During my senior year, I conducted a first of its kind study examining the link between Imposter Phenomenon (IP) and ADHD/Autism. This culminated in a presentation in June of 2025 at The Landmark College Summer Institute for Educators. I am currently conducting further background research on IP to assist in preparing the study paper for publication.
