As Vice President of Inclusion for Pi Beta Phi, I lead efforts to integrate inclusion (DEI) into all aspects of our organization. Grounded in Pi Beta Phi’s core values of Integrity, Lifelong Commitment, Honor and Respect, Personal and Intellectual Growth, Philanthropic Service to Others, and Sincere Friendship, I work to foster an inclusive culture that reflects these principles. Implementation of DEI as a guiding lens, for communication, philanthropy, and organization to bring members together and make sure everyone’s voices are being heard. Through this position I aim to empower each one of our Pi Phi members to create a lasting impact.
