Greenwood Builders, a leading construction company that delivers high-quality projects across the North West.In my current role, I am responsible for: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Attend regular meetings and events to keep the Greenwoods name relevant and discuss all our current, past and future projects. Including company turnover, and relevant information Organise regular events Marketing for the company including, social media, press releases, website updates, and case studies Write the Social Value response for frameworks that are designed to streamline the procurement and delivery of construction projects. Ensuring that our projects deliver social value and benefits for the local communities Manage, coordinate, monitor, and deliver our social value initiatives, such as apprenticeships, going into schools, local employment, community engagement, and environmental sustainability. Attend regular site meetings and deliver updates on the Social Value committed to councillors, planners, clients, architects, and consultants I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility.
