   Provide creative and logistical support to PBS KIDS television and podcast seriesPinkalicious & Peterrific, and other projects in production at GBH.Responsibilities include-Reviewing materials at all stages of production, from scripting through animation-Tracking key assets throughout scripting process, ensuring character counts were in line with ACTRA union standards and within budget-Managing live action interstitial calendar, coordinating with external producer to ensure segments were completed in line with the larger production schedule-Managing the talent casting process as we re-cast all our performers with ACTRA talent: developing casting briefs, communicating with casting directors, doing first round cuts of auditions, and ensuring all casting decisions were made in time for voice records-Serving as liaison to music composer, building music schedule, writing song briefs, andcoordinating the distribution of all music assets, from initial lyrics to voice records- Provide support on voice records - ensuring all lines were recorded, and assisting voice director with creative direction as needed-Facilitating the recruitment, hiring, and management of department interns-Creating and maintain production schedules-Serving as point of contact with other GBH departments as well as external production partners-Coordinating post production through packaging forms and internal shutdown-Coordinating award submissions - writing all awards essays, preparing assets, and successfully submitting to Emmys, Kidscreen, Annies, and more-Developing and editing excisable content for PBS and social platforms-Providing support to development team, including management of creative brainstorms for new projects in early stages of development, developing pitch materials, and successfully presenting to executives at PBS KIDS.I also serve on the department\'s DEIA committee, as well as serving on subcommittees within the GBH Disability ERG, GBH All Access.
