ABOUT MADELEINE PENALVER

I am a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for human resources and strategic planning. As a current student at Northeastern University, studying business management, I am deeply interested in how organizational development and employee dynamics impact how companies utilize effective HR practices to drive growth and create value. My greatest skills include process re-engineering, project management, and analysis. These skills have allowed me to excel in various co-ops and jobs while impacting organizational dynamics that foster productive and cohesive work environments. My most recent co-ops have provided me the opportunity to support recruitment processes and assist in talent assessment practices, while contributing to the development of internal HR strategies. Collaborating with HR teams has given me the ability to assit with the implemention of initiatives that improve employee and client engagement while streamlining HR processes. As a student passionate about human resources, I am eager to leverage and expand my skills in a dynamic HR or strategic role. I have been fortunate to work with some exceptional teams during my academic journey, and I am excited about the prospect of contributing to and learning from a forward-thinking organization.
