As an Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy, I use my expertise in non-profit development and external relationships to build and manage a portfolio of over 100 qualified major gift donors. I have more ten years of experience in facilitating philanthropic giving and cultivating donor loyalty for renowned organizations.I design and implement effective multi-year strategies and plans for gift prospects, partner with scientists across the organization to identify unique storytelling opportunities and partnerships, and curate intimate donor trips to TNC preserves across Virginia. I also plan strategic events in Northern Virginia to further visibility for TNC programs surrounding biodiversity and climate change, and to inspire more people to support our mission of creating a world where nature and people can thrive.
