I am thrilled to have been given Legal 500 Hall of Fame status and commendations by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories for client management skills. I am a founding partner of Davitt Jones Bould: now the largest specialist real estate law firm in the UK. My background in commercial property has been instrumental in building and maintaining the firm’s enviable client base. Described by my clients as having an “enquiring mind”, I certainly take pride in finding out how a client’s business works and facilitating tailored legal solutions. As DJB’s Senior Partner, I oversee all workflow and client liaisons and am responsible for the care of our most prestigious central government clients. Leading my team of Client Relationship and Account Managers, I centrally manage the firm’s circa 50 lawyers, distributing all instructions, supervising progress, delivering pitches and presentations and ensuring client satisfaction. I am the key point of contact for major clients, including: The Royal Parks, The Cabinet Office, DEFRA, Care Quality Commission, Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, Department of Health, Public Health England and a number of key private clients. In tandem with supervising firm-wide growth, I am passionate about development and seek to enable the constant personal development of all DJB staff. This is supported through taking on graduate trainees and encouraging training and opportunities for progression. I am committed to ensuring everyone’s happiness and fulfilment in the firm – I take this role very seriously.
