Rotation 3: Sports Propositions team, looking after Sky and NOW Sports (September 2025 to Present)Rotation 2: Broadband Commercial Affiliates team (March to August 2025)A key part of my role has been supporting the Broadband and Mobile Affiliate Managers with account management, including ensuring accurate Sky and NOW listings across top affiliates, producing weekly performance reports for the Commercial team, and sharing updates with internal stakeholders.I’ve also built strong relationships with external partners like Uswitch, Compare the Market, and MoneySuperMarket, analysing quarterly data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.Additionally, I’ve led initiatives to innovate within the affiliate channel, including refining our cashback strategy through testing and optimising the partner mix to improve channel economics. I presented these initiatives to Directors across Broadband and Mobile.I also received a Sky Star award for consistently exhibiting the core Sky value of \"Doing the Right Thing\" for the Connectivity team.Rotation 1: Data Planning and Strategy team (September 2024 to February 2025)Worked closely with 60 stakeholders across various Sky product areas to communicate progress on optimisations for their marketing campaigns.Led the collection of data and alignment of results for 50 campaigns each quarter to create a QBR shared with the wider business. We used these results to drive incremental improvements in performance and ROI.Supported the quarterly marketing planning process, analysing historical campaign performance to make recommendations and build marketing laydowns.Created a new SharePoint site to share information more effectively across the business and implemented a new query form triaging process, using automation to save the team up to 25 hours each week.Appointed Social Events and External Affairs representative for the Business Strategy Graduate Forum, organising events each quarter for the graduate scheme.
