About Madeleine Bernstein

I use analytical problem solving and critical thinking to identify pain-points or problems in a variety of situations. Be it a need for internal automation or a consumer\'s question about the data they are using, I am quick to find effective and long term solutions. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and am detail-oriented. I\'m excited by my role of retrieving and analyzing data to help stake holders make key decisions.I\'m also a certified Pilates instructor. I have a deep passion for movement, and empowering people to feel strong, capable, and safe in their bodies. I teach Pilates both on the mat and on the apparatuses, and in group and private settings in New York and Brooklyn.My work from teaching translates well into data, and data into teaching, as both require observing what is in front of you, and then deciding what to do next, while withholding any judgement or pre-conceived notions that you went into the task with. Teaching has also made me a clearer, more concise, and more empathetic communicator, all of which translates very well into being a leader and good teammate in the workplace.
