I lead the strategy and production of all Product Education video content at Hootsuite & Talkwalker — building a learning ecosystem where education is easy to find, understand, and act on, whether that\'s in-product, in our AI-friendly LMS (Sana), via LLM-optimized embed links, the help center, or YouTube.My focus: make education a measurable driver of product growth. I connect video & course engagement — views, attention spans, completion rates — to KPIs like onboarding success, feature adoption, and customer activation.My role focuses on creating an ecosystem where video learning is easy to find, easy to understand, easy to manage and on brand. Education is often the front door to the brand and the product, and I ensure that every video reflects the product story, visual identity, and experience we want customers to feel.I also experiment with new distribution formats and AI-driven delivery methods — because great education should reach people exactly where and when they need it- Recently implementing Clueso (AI Product Video Software) to scale video production on our team- Using Elevenlabs for voice cloning so we can have instant text to voice over that still sounds human- Migrated to Sana Learn AI for all Hootsuite courseware & knowledge base
