Projects:4 Wellington Place, Leeds (c£35m) Mixed use development in central Leeds completed in late 2020 and 11 & 12 Wellington Place Leeds (c£60m) Mixed use development in central Leeds comprising of two office blocks link with a bridge and due to be completed in late 2022. The building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding.Key Duties and Responsibilities: o Procurement of various work packages including; tender comparison and analysis, recommendations to award contracts, production of Contract documents, Bid management and negotiating new Contracts. o Commercial management of procured packages which includes monthly valuations, management of change, regular site visits, progress meetings and final account negotiations.o Preparation and presentation of accurate cost report, and cost forecasts, Management of cost liabilities and risk, identifying opportunities. o Training new starters / junior members of the team on all in-house databases and company processes and procedure.o Providing support and mentoring to junior member of the team in relation to Commercial issues.Additional Roles-o Chair to Northern Devolvement Board Groupo Co-Chair of the regional Diversity and Inclusion Working Groupo Co-Chair of the regional Women’s Working Groupo Commercial lead on “Office of the Future” project
