I founded Made by Mena as an independent label where sustainability, deconstruction, and storytelling intersect with refined tailoring. Since launch, I have designed and showcased collections at NYFW, including From the Street (SS23) and Urban Camo (SS24), both praised for conceptual rigor and RTW execution. Beyond design, I oversaw all aspects of the business — from research, fabric sourcing, and fittings to runway production, press, and wholesale strategy. Within three years, I scaled the brand into a profitable wholesale and bespoke business with retail partnerships, while also gaining recognition from Vogue, WWD, and Office Magazine for innovative approaches to luxury RTW and circular fashion.
