Manage National College Club Program, leading and supporting 20+ student-led clubs across the country, organizing Adaptive fashion shows and fundraising events, while ensuring the growth and success of each club within the program- Build Partnerships and Fundraise for Disability Inclusion Initiatives, cultivating relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to secure funding and support for initiatives, including a grant for the summer internship program, and successfully raised money for community-driven events focused on disability inclusion- Design and Execute 8-week Summer Internship Program for 16 interns, including developing curriculum and weekly schedules, leading a summer-long pitch competition in which the interns were tasked with creating their own Adaptive line pitches for existing companies, securing industry speakers in Adaptive fashion to participate in a summer speaker series, organizing career development workshops in conjunction with Tiffany & Co, and coordinating a mentorship program to create long term relationships- Lead and Coordinate Adaptive Fashion Shows and Panels, including a successful event at Mount Sinai Rehab Center with 15 models, 5 panelists, and 200+ attendees and a Panel Discussion with PVH and their BRG team to raise funds and increase awareness of disability inclusion in the fashion industry- Direct Associate Board of 30+ Young Professionals by organizing monthly meetings, spearheading fundraising efforts, and expanding network outreach.
