I\'ve always had a strong desire to help others. When I was younger, I thought that would take the form of a career in medicine as a doctor or researcher (which led to my BSc in Biology). However, as I grew, I discovered my true passion for technology. That drive to make an impact by helping people has never wavered. For the past eleven years, I\'ve dedicated myself to supporting customers and internal teams in any way I can. Whether it\'s retail sales, boosting software adoption, training users or employees, or optimizing platform usage I am always ready to assist. I also have a strong focus on driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and managing contract renewals with a proactive, customer-first approach. My goal is to deliver value and ensure clients see the long-term benefits of the solutions they have purchased.
