Target is a world wide brand offering the best of products ranging in apparel and beauty products, to premium grocery items.While working here I took inbound phone calls, adjusted schedules, assisted team members in training and furthered communication between Team Leads and their members.I would help team members with their pay, and made sure that all team members and leaders were caught up on any training they neededI occasionally had to assist in the termination of team members when the need arose. When members called out sick I called team members with availability to see if they could come in and help. My main job, and what really gave me the most joy with Target, was to help the team members with anything that they needed so that they could do their job.
