About Maddy Gedgoudas
Hello! I recently graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) with a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Biomedical Physiology. I am deeply fascinated in furthering the scientific field through creative and novel ideas while providing in-depth patient care. During my time at UGA, I worked on a microbial/biochemical research project in collaboration with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), volunteered in the Emergency, Cardiology, and Heart Failure Departments at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital, and mentored students throughout UGA’s Honors Program and UGA-MSF (Doctor’s Without Borders) chapter. Currently, I am seeking positions to further my knowledge and make a significant difference in the scientific and medical fields. I am open and excited about all future opportunities!
