About Maddy Hill
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication, along with minors in Psychology and Mass Communication. My passion for communication and strategy led me to my role as Partner Marketing Manager at OMNIA Partners, where I helped strengthen supplier relationships through smart go-to-market planning, pipeline growth, and revenue-driving initiatives. I continue to be inspired in my professional journey by the Schneider Electric team and am thrilled to be in their Sales Development Program. This has been a huge transition from the marketing I was doing previously but it has been an amazing step in my career to learn more about sales and the electrical industry. Above all, I’m driven by a love for clear communication and helping teams succeed. Whether it’s launching a new initiative or forming new partnerships, I aim to bring energy, insight, and a focus on results to everything I do.
