As a member of the Poolside intern team, I was assigned a client to aid in their social media needs. This included joining client calls to discuss strategy, engagement and statistics. In preparation for these calls, I gathered all statistics from the clients social media profiles and compiled them into an easily digestible slide deck to present. I was responsible for creating graphics and scheduling posts for each month. I followed content calendars in order to ensure we posted at times for the highest potential of engagement and interaction. I also completed trend reports, which included researching influencers similar to our client in follower-count, engagement and overall social media presence. With this information, I compiled an organized document to assess with tactics we wanted to apply to our clients socials.
