The full project lifecycle budget, quality, and schedule are under my watch.Projects range from a line filling machine with critical integration with site management to a table top machine with only a couple of touchpoint.I regularly work with subject matter experts to ensure the facilities are properly prepared to receive and validate AST\'s fill finish machines.My project portfolio regularly reaches $10 million with a mixture of five to ten projects.Reporting regularly to executives on the status, risk, and strategy of projects.Involved in mentoring project managers to the process of AST.Have successfully delivered all projects managed to date.
