About Maddie Springer
Having lived and worked across three continents in sectors ranging from hospitality to nonprofit development to outdoor education, I have been fortunate to build relationships with people from all walks of life and gain experience in a variety of diverse industries. At the heart of my work is a commitment to transformative experiences that build confidence and community.
