   Create and execute an annual fundraising plan through private donations, grant funding, and events- Plan communications and marketing strategies, including managing and creating content for the website, direct mail program, email list, and all social media channels- Streamlined the database management process by creating standard procedures and performing gift entry, donor acknowledgement, and pulling reports- Provide support for peer and junior staff across departments- Collaborate with staff leadership and community partners to ensure the success of our various programs- Formed relationships with the Board of Directors, chairing several committees, presenting Development Department updates at Board meetings, and providing support for Board members as needed- Serve as the supervisor of the Development Department team members- Provided strategic planning for the volunteer program that contributed 10,460 hours in FY 2024-25, and the Pet Food Pantry that solicited and distributed 15,536 lbs of pet food in 725 client appointments in FY 2024-25- Worked within my team to identify gaps in program related materials, rewriting the policy guidelines for the Pet Food Pantry and standardizing the application process which resulted in a 30.6% increase in approved applications and a 60.8% increase in pets assisted from FY 2023-24 to FY 2024-25
