As the Executive Director of Signature Sports Camps, I lead the vision, growth, and execution of high-energy overnight sports camps that provide young athletes with top-tier coaching, skill development, and an unforgettable summer camp experience. Since taking on this role, I have:** Scaled Signature Sports Camps into a premier, immersive camp experience, ensuring consistent growth and industry recognition.** Secured American Camp Association (ACA) Accreditation by implementing over +275 standards in safety, staff training, health & wellness, and programming (placing our camp in the top 25% of camps nationwide).** Led the recruitment and management of 50-75 staff members, including professional coaches, college athletes, and volunteers, fostering a culture of excellence in coaching and mentorship.** Designed and implemented player development programming that enhances athletic performance while instilling confidence and leadership skills.** Spearheaded marketing and community outreach strategies that have driven significant growth in enrollment and retention (+100% growth y/y) In early 2025, we successfully sold our Travel Lacrosse Club, a testament to the strong foundation and success of our youth and travel programming. During my tenure, we:** Expanded youth lacrosse participation by 20%+ season-over-season through streamlined operations, improved training models, and effective community engagement.** Developed and executed large-scale events, serving 500+ participants, ensuring operational efficiency and high-impact player experiences.** Built a professional, well-trained coaching staff and structured programs that elevated player development at all levels.With a deep passion for youth sports, I continue to drive innovation, athlete-centered programming, and operational excellence at Signature Athletics through my focus on expanding Signature Sports Camps.
