ABOUT MADISON ELKHAZIN
Hello! My name is Madison and I lead Capital Formation & Strategic Investments at Georgian, where I sit at the intersection of investing and fundraising. Over the past seven years in growth equity, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of capital deployment and capital raising.On the investing side, I focus on later-stage investments, deploying capital from Georgian’s follow-on fund across mature B2B software companies, including co-investments, SPVs, and secondaries. On the capital formation side, I lead global fundraising across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, manage our LPACs and LP reporting, and scale our co-invest and syndication programs. My work centres on building long-term LP partnerships and shaping fund strategy, as Georgian continues to scale AUM and expand investment optionality.I originally joined Georgian on the growth equity investment team, focused on sourcing, winning, and supporting the next generation of software companies.Founded in 2008, Georgian is a growth equity firm managing ~$6B in assets. We focus on high-growth B2B software companies, invest across North America, Israel, and Europe, and are currently deploying from our Growth Fund VI. Our portfolio features names like Shopify, Render, ClickUp, Cyera, Sublime Security, You.com, Armis, and IEX. Our team is a unique mix of investors, entrepreneurs, AI engineers, and researchers who work closely with portfolio companies to try to help them scale quickly. At the core of our approach is the Georgian AI Lab, deeply embedded in our investment process and partnering on high-impact applied AI projects that fuel innovation across our network.
