Additionally, I meet individually with female freshman leaders to offer personal support as they step into their roles.

ABOUT MADDIE SEABROOK
I am a junior at the University of Tennessee, enrolled in the Haslam College of Business, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Management and a collateral in International Business. I am motivated by building relationships and I work best in environments where I can interact with people, which has in turn built my interpersonal skills including customer service. I enjoy developing long-lasting connections with those around me, whether it be teaching as an intern at Help Us Thrive Knoxville, working as a barista at Jacks Coffee, or as a counselor at Pine Cove Springs summer camp. I enjoy a challenge, place a high value on growth, and look forward to utilizing these strengths in my current and future roles. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career where I can utilize my skills in management and international business, while creating connections and building meaningful relationships. I have a keen ability to assess the strengths and skills of others, and hope to use this insight to encourage personal and professional growth within my future career. I seek a role that will allow me to engage with many people from diverse backgrounds, face dynamic challenges, and contribute to the development of individuals and teams. I hope to continuously grow as a professional, leveraging my interpersonal skills and adaptability to make a positive impact within the business world.
