ABOUT MADDIE NORDIN
I started my journey in the airline industry working part time for Great Lakes Airlines in college. After interning at Alaska Airlines, I graduated from Embry-Riddle and started at Southwest Airlines in 2015 in an amazing Leadership Development program. I worked as a frontline Supervisor in Ground Operations, and had the opportunity to support and Lead our dedicated, passionate, and inspiring frontline Employees for six years in this capacity. Recently, I transitioned into Talent Acquisition as an Associate Recruiter. It is my goal to share my enthusiasm and love for Southwest Airlines so that we can bring Cohearts onboard to help carry out our purpose: connecting people to what\'s important in their lives (and having fun while doing it!).
