ABOUT MADDIE KOZLOWSKI
To my core, I am a helper. From a young age, I found purpose in supporting those around me — a value that has guided every chapter of my professional journey. I currently serve as a Professional Recruiter with TalentSource Staffing, where I bring curiosity, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills to connect top talent with meaningful opportunities. My background in public health and community engagement has shaped my ability to listen deeply, understand individual goals, and align people with purpose-driven work. In addition to recruiting, I continue my work as a Certified Intuitive Eating Health Coach, helping individuals heal their relationships with food, movement, and body. This work is deeply personal to me and fuels my ongoing passion for eating disorder prevention and advocacy. To further support these efforts, I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health, with the long-term goal of advancing policy, education, and access related to eating disorder care and prevention.
