ABOUT MADELAINE D.

I’m a technology executive passionate about building organizations that use data, AI, and innovation to drive meaningful business outcomes and unlock new possibilities for consumers. Growing up in a small town in Romania, I learned early that perseverance and curiosity can turn constraints into opportunity — a mindset that has shaped my career across engineering, product, and strategy leadership roles. That drive carried me through a PhD in biomedical engineering at UCLA, where I applied early machine learning to detect biomarkers of disease in the brain — and it continues to guide how I lead today: with rigor, empathy, and an unwavering focus on delivering impact at scale.Across Intuit, Meta, and several startups, I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams that connect technology and business strategy to unlock value for millions of users. At Credit Karma, I transformed a 100-person Data & AI organization into a growth engine delivering over $100M in incremental annual revenue and powering the majority of the company’s $2B+ recurring revenue through advances in personalization, data platforms, and applied GenAI. I love operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and communication — shaping how AI drives trust, impact, and innovation at scale.
