I am in charge of program quality and risk management for all Outward Bound programs in Canada. I lead a fantastic team of leaders across the country. Together we ensure that Canadians have access to high quality, life changing Outward Bound experiences. In spring of 2022, I led the creation of the Outward Bound Canada Training Academy for Outdoor Instructors,$8.6M project funded by the Government of Canada, which will recruit and train a new, and more diverse, generation of outdoor leaders in Canada
