EAB has five (5) locations, staffs over 110 employees, and generates over $15MM in revenue (annually).• Oversee virtually every component of EAB\'s administration, including everything from managing its over 110 employees, across five (5) locations, within a 50-mile radius of Hampton, Virginia, to supervising its full human resources lifecycle (e.g, recruiting, interviewing, labor compliance & benefits ).• Process EAB\'s payroll biweekly (over $5.5MM processed since on-boarding), and introduced a new employee incentive framework which minimized EAB’s tax liability and enhanced tax deduction processing.• Remediated a prior administrator’s invoice recordkeeping, and represented Elite Auto Body in a resulting Virginia Department of Taxation audit. Audits & report monitoring in One (Total repair platform.) Accounts receivable and managing office operations.
