Modelling and development of a complete vehicle cooling circuit for ICE and EV vehicles from scratch in AMESim using test results. Modelling and development of thermal models in AMESim for EV, HEV and PHEV vehicles for different drive cycles to predict the coolant temperature at battery and inverter inlets. Analysis of cooling circuit results and Provide different design,connection and component data changes to client in order to optimize the coolant circuit requirements. Preparation of excel tool for T,Y and bent pipes for quick estimation of equivalent C/S area with geometrical parameters like diameter, angle of bent and length Skills: AMESim, GT Suite, Python Professional interest: 1. I would like to explore and get expertise in concept development, modelling, simulations, integration of systems and validation of thermal management systems like EV and ICE vehicle and automotive HVAC systems.
