ABOUT MADASTU BINDHU

I’m Madastu Bindhu, a Data Science postgraduate at the University of Greenwich, with a strong academic foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My passion lies in exploring how data can transform decision-making and drive innovation. Through coursework and projects, I’ve developed practical skills in Python, SQL, AWS, machine learning, and big data analytics. I’ve also built a reflective portfolio that showcases my growth through real-world challenges and cloud-based data systems.Before my postgraduate studies, I worked as an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, where I focused on data engineering. My role involved designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable data warehousing solutions. I collaborated across teams to support analytics and business intelligence workflows, using tools like SQL, Python, and AWS. These experiences helped me build a strong technical foundation and a solution-oriented mindset.Looking ahead, I aim to become a Data Engineer or Cloud Data Specialist in a forward-thinking organization. My goal is to contribute to innovative data solutions, especially in industries where data quality, scale, and speed matter—such as finance, health, or sustainability. I am eager to keep learning, solve real-world problems, and turn complex data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions.
