In my current role, as a Performance and Delivery manager, I demonstrate my personal qualities of being hard-working, dedicated, energetic, and with excellent communication skills. This has allowed me to provide exceptional service to the Client and formed a harmonious team. Whilst working and communicating with people is a vital sector of my role; we need to consider other essential aspects: finance, budgets, procedures, staffing, H&S, efficiencies, and achieving the client\'s goals. With this in mind, I also have to manage: performance, acquisition, and delegation. With my professional growth, I have been able to implement my experience and acquired knowledge for every new task or role. However, in every role I have occupied, I am proud to say that I’m fair and have a good balance ensuring the clients requirement without compromising the welfare and safety of my staff and the occupant of the contract.
