ABOUT PULKIT MADAN
I am a Masters student at Mila and University de Montreal with research interests in computer vision (representation learning and self-supervised learning) and natural language processing (neural reasoning). Prior to my masters, I competed an undergraduate honors thesis based on the intersection of deep learning and computer vision at the Visual Computing Lab at Ontario Tech University. During my thesis, I utilized attention mechanisms, CNNs, and graph convolutional networks to achieve results comparable with the state-of-the art methods on the task of skeleton action recognition. Through my internships and course work, I have accumulated the understanding and skills to build end to end machine learning solutions, turn raw data into information, and information into meaningful insights. I am always eager to learn new skills and apply them to solve challenging problems. Let’s build something together!
