Expertise in Integrating simulators with DCS systems using OPC. All types of graphical integrations (Stimulated/Emulated) developed and delivered as per client needs.Expertise in verification of control loops based on DCS/PLC/SCADA logics through Simulator. Expertise in providing operational support for debottlenecking, production optimization and commissioning.Delivered projects using various industrial simulators - OLGA, LedaFlow, K-Spice, D-Spice (OTS & Realtime), SPS Gas, SPS Liquid, Aspen HYSYS, SynergyGas, PIPENET, FlowMaster.
