Conducting SHE meetings and performance reviews for work quality adherence.• Conducting trouble shooting and diagnostics on problematic buses under Starting trouble, Load Not Pulling, Engine over Heat, High Engine Oil Consumption, High coolant consumption, etc. and designing corrective maintenance plans. Establishing the part failure mechanism and conducting root cause analysis.• Quality assurance and process adherence in all maintenance activities like breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance (like 10 Days Pit Inspection, Docking, General Check-up), accidental repairs and aesthetic quality.• Conducting periodic training to service provider manpower on product, maintenance schedule, complaint diagnosis, retro-fitments, etc.• Delivering retro-fitment reports, trial reports, retrieved part reports, survey reports, VOR reports, availability reports and part consumption reports. Providing constant product feedback to HO and RM to improve product quality and share suggestions on product improvement and modification.• Familiar with diagnostic software tools like “Cummins INSITE”.
