My career has spanned impactful leadership roles across India and Nepal, managing large field teams of to employees.In my current and past roles, I’ve developed and executed employee relations and industrial relations strategies that have strengthened compliance, improved productivity, and ensured seamless business continuity—even in complex field-force environments.    As Head – Field Experience, I am responsible for elevating the end-to-end experience of the field force across geographies. My role focuses on strengthening the ecosystem that supports frontline teams by driving seamless on boarding, structured induction, effective communication, field force engagement and robust technical and functional support.Key responsibilities include:• Leading initiatives to enhance field on boarding and induction experience for new joiners• Building system readiness and cross-functional alignment for efficient field integration• Driving timely, clear, and engaging communication across field teams• Collaborating with support functions to ensure compliance and system adoption• Promoting diversity and inclusion within the field force in alignment with business goals• Managing application and system support for the field to enable productivity and performance• Anchoring employee engagement / field connects.
