Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for varies domains like Insurance, Manufacturing / Automotive, Retail, Ecommerce & federal projects in onshore & offshore1) Experience in sourcing & screening the best fit candidates using Boolean search strings from various professional job boards like LinkedIn (X ray Search), Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tec fetch, Indeed and referrals.2) Experience of conducting the preliminary / L1 technical screening with the candidate to know their technical capability based on the client manager’s needs and negotiating the salary / rate part and obtain the rate confirmation.3) Experience in resume editing & client submission through VMS and gather timely follow-up & feedback from the manager for the shortlisted candidates & coordinate with them to schedule Interview.4) Experienced in working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, H4-EAD, TN, L1, L2, OPT/CPT for our direct client needs for multiple positions like full time / permanent, C2H, C–W2, Corp to Corp.5) Maintaining good relationships with the client managers, candidates and third-party vendors / suppliers and their onboarding team for smooth process.6) Experience in handling bench sales, placed our own H1B & OPT candidates which is out for our client’s project.7) Experience in handling applications tracking systems (ATS)
