To Update the Shortage report on daily basics and discuss with the Procurement team for critical shortages and make the materials on time. Strong knowledge in PO and PR creation. Well Knowledge in Inventory management. Coordinated requirements for subcontractor according to customer requirements To Run MRP Exceptional message report on Daily basis and Pull in, Push out & cancel the Production orders according to the MRP signals. To Review the Variance on each Production Orders and publish the reason for variance to finance department for Audit. Created safety stock on hand for critical items considering cost and lead-time. Monitor and control inventory as per the target Inform Customer if there is any deviation in Delivery date. Analyze report and take necessary actions on the OTD failures. Fulfil the customer requirements in terms of delivering on time.
