Hi.This is Madan. Having 12 Years experience in Workday and an Overall experience of around 15.4 years in IT Industry.Having exposure as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant/Lead.Workday AMS Team Lead / Consulting Experience-> Was an Onsite WD HCM & Payroll support co-ordinator for an Insurance client at Malaysia location for 2.3 years-> Assign, Monitor and Assist team in resolving production incidents and service requests as per agreed SLA->Co-ordinate with team and complete assigned enhancement tickets as per the deadline->Handling Critical HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Core Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, Prism, Reporting, Security,Integration support and enhancement queries->Performing a senior lead role in offshore by heading team calls and also helping out team on any queries as a SME->Have Self-learnt and upskilled workday studio knowledge by delivering automations such as Massload automation and Redeployment talent pool auto removal for leavers-> Happen to be the Primary contact for all internal and external audit enquiries within the project->Done contribution on Enhancement ticket estimation and prioritization on monthly basis->Handled Weekly/ Monthly Incident and Service Request Trend analysis to reduce ticket inflow-> Responsible for planning and completing the Year end activity with in the team-> Providing on demand training session for client and also for the support team-> Assisting the Users in completing UAT activities for any fixes/configuration change done in WD-> Handled Workday Upgrade activity by co-ordinating with client and QA teams as a primary support-> Periodically updating the Support scope Knowledge Acquisition Document(KAD) in Confluence application.
