In short, creating a combination of Uber and UC to promote the gig economy in the cooking domain. Directed and cultivated the sourcing, onboarding, and training department at Chefkart, ensuring operational efficiency. Engineered a comprehensive playbook for onboarding of culinary professionals, seamlessly integrating over partners onto the ChefKart platform as a core team member. Built and led a 40-member team, fostering continuous improvement, achieving 90% employee retention and 95% ESAT. Developed and implemented a customised CRM system using Zoho for chefs, improving daily onboarding efficiencies by 100%. Later led the migration to an internal CRM and supervised the development of the partner app. Optimised sourcing and onboarding processes, achieving a notable 50% reduction in Chef Acquisition Costs (CAC).
