As a Communications Associate at CTI, I lead our social media strategy, managing the entire process from content creation to scheduling and optimization. By leveraging tools like Sprout Social and Cloud Campaign, I develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with our brand messaging, driving engagement and growing our audience. I also track social media metrics to ensure our content is continuously improved for maximum impact. In addition to social media, I also support the production of podcast materials, crafting compelling questions, researching topics, and promoting each episode through social media, on our website, and in internal communications to engage listeners and amplify our brand voice. I manage and review content for our internal communications platform on SharePoint, ensuring timely and relevant updates are shared with the team. I work to maintain a clear and engaging flow of information, keeping employees informed and aligned with CTI’s goals and initiatives. A key part of my role also involves assisting with the marketing efforts for CTI Cares, where I provide global support to the CTI Cares chair, helping to craft messaging that promotes company culture and drives community engagement on a global scale.
