As a Finance Intern at ReadySet Surgical since May 2023, I\'ve been instrumental in supporting the finance team\'s operations and driving key initiatives contributing to the company\'s financial success.Throughout my ongoing tenure, I have actively participated in the annual audit process, diligently reviewing financial statements and conducting account reconciliations. This hands-on involvement has deepened my understanding of financial compliance while refining my attention to detail and analytical prowess.A notable contribution of mine has been the development of a comprehensive profit model, achieved through thorough market research and data gathering. This model serves as a valuable resource, enabling informed financial decision-making across the organization and significantly influencing our strategic direction.In addition to these responsibilities, I also review expense reports and provide a weekly bill report, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.My engagement extends beyond individual tasks; I regularly participate in collaborative meetings with supervisors, offering updates on project progress, sharing insights from my research, and actively seeking and incorporating feedback. This collaborative approach aligns departmental objectives with broader company goals, fostering synergy and driving success.Throughout this experience, I have honed not only my technical skills in financial analysis and reporting but also crucial soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Working within a supportive and dynamic environment has allowed me to contribute effectively while continually learning from experienced professionals, enriching my understanding of finance and shaping my professional journey.
