Primary roles-Design R&D core team member for an aspiration catheter in new product development-Lead a team of 5-7 design engineers to select a design and execute all design deliverables-Work cross functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, Pre-clinical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Marketing, and Clinical functions-Leading a Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) subcommittee focused on providing role model and technical leadership opportunities for diverse STEM talent and raising organizational awareness of factors critical to STEM retention.
