Two sides of my role supporting Adobe\'s internal instance of Workfront: 1) Support existing users with their adoption and optimization of Workfront, and lead custom implementations for select new users, and 2) work with users across our ~11k active, global userbase to understand and distill feedback trends and partner with Product to continually enhance Workfront based on feedback, betas, etc. I serve as a primary liaison between our userbase and Product.

I not only help teams/organizations, but am also a Workfront Community Advisor helping users across the globe. I’m a tenacious problem-solver who takes on projects of any scale with enthusiasm. I\'m able to get deep in the details without losing sight of the bigger picture and goal. I get a thrill in finding a more efficient way to achieve something, and am even better at implementing it – when obstacles arise, I\'m not afraid to ask questions and get my hands dirty. But life isn’t all about work – I\'m a beach bum at heart with a passion for traveling.
