   Worked with local organizations and communities to reach under-represented groups and implement their feedback into county policy-Assisted in planning with the DEIB officer to implement and improve the DEIB framework for current and future work-Facilitated monthly meetings across departments to discuss recommendations-Researched current and past community outreach trends and documented for future endeavors-Launched a county wide survey that garnered 2,477 results across the county (the highest in county history)-Created infographics and spreadsheets from results, presented to court in favor of creation of policy-Conceptualized and facilitated a county wide Food Plan with the City of Austin and local consulting groups. Met with community groups and stakeholders to make the plan comprehensive and inclusive-Tracked county programs progress and impacts. Presented results to the Commissioners Court.
