About Macy Mosner

I graduated from UW-Madison in 2025 as a student athlete with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and a certificate in Health Policy. My educational background enhanced my sense of compassion and willingness to serve diverse populations in public health. In addition to my studies, I was a member of the Wisconsin Women\'s Varsity Rowing Team. I have developed effective time management, organizational, and communication skills as a student-athlete. My former teammates showed me that I could be compassionate and competitive, and inspired me to become the best version of myself — on the water and in the classroom. I will take those lessons when working on a care team. I deeply value relationships with coworkers and mentors, largely due to my time as an athlete. The connections I have built with my coaches and teammates through tough practices and challenging races have shown me the benefits of determination and putting others first. Healthcare is my passion because of the ability to help others and work as a team. I enjoy the coursework and problem-solving aspect, but the opportunity to connect with different people to create a healthier and happier life is my motivation. I am looking to connect with physicians/any health care provider for shadowing opportunities, mentorship programs, and internships.
