About Macy Carp

Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I have proven to be organized and possess good communication and teamwork skills, which I hope to leverage into any job that comes my way. I take charge when I need to and figure out who would work best with each other. I see the uniqueness in everybody and what they can bring to the table.In my college career, I have held several positions that have allowed me to gain exposure to finance and software development operations. I was given the opportunity to work at nCino, one of the worldwide leaders in cloud-based banking, as their Community Intern. In this position, I became efficient in platforms such as Salesforce and Google analytics as I troubleshooted issues that customers faced, imported users in the software system, and fixed internal properties within the software. I currently work at Wave Transit as their Finance and Accounting Intern and have gained a broader knowledge of AP, AR, and the General Ledger. To broaden my understanding of accounting, I have decided to get my Masters of Science in Accounting at UNCW.
