Spent time throughout Summer & the school year working under the Project Coordinator completing Matterport Scans for sites up to 96k SF, reached out to trade partners for certificates of insurance, distributed notices to proceed, took meeting minutes for OAC meetings and aided in the execution of the Redmond Summer Soiree that sponsors Chicago Public Schools. Was given the ability to work in the Special projects sector, which provided great exposure to hospitality, medical and office projects. Was able to see the quick progression of construction through scanning these sites weekly, and maintaining Trade Partner on-site activity through completing certificates of insurance and other contractual documents.
