Selected as part of the launch team for a brand-new Orangetheory Fitness location, contributing to community outreach, brand awareness, and member engagement in Grand Rapids- Deliver science-backed, technology-tracked, and coach-inspired group workouts, guiding members through heart rate–based interval training to optimize individual performance and results- Create an energetic, inclusive, and high-motivation environment, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for members of all fitness levels- Provide individualized coaching cues and modifications during group classes, with attention to safety, form, and progression- Promote member accountability and retention through genuine connection and performance tracking via the OTbeat™ heart rate monitoring system- Collaborate with studio management and staff to grow membership, support marketing efforts, and ensure studio readiness during the launch phase and beyond.
